Welcome to Guide Morocco Tours. By booking a tour, private transfer, or travel service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before arrival as agreed during the booking process.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online payment options using Wise. All transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. Cancellation fees apply based on the date of notice prior to departure:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus non-refundable transaction/admin fees.
15 to 30 days before departure: [50%] refund of the total amount.
Less than 15 days before departure / No-show: No refund.
Note: Custom or private tours involving third-party reservations (hotels, camel treks, domestic flights) may be subject to additional non-refundable charges.
By the Client: We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
By Guide Morocco Tours: We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, political events). In such cases, suitable alternatives will be provided.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and trip cancellation/curtailment before traveling to Morocco.
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the stay), entry visas, and required health certificates.
Clients must inform us at the time of booking about any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations.
Guide Morocco Tours acts as a facilitator and operator for local travel services. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, weather, accidents, or third-party vendor negligence).
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
During your tour, photos or videos may be taken by our guides or team. We reserve the right to use this media for promotional or marketing purposes on our website or social media unless you explicitly opt out prior to the tour.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
